LYNN CAMPBELL

Self taught acrylic on canvas artist. I have been painting on canvas for about 20 years prior to this it spent years trying different mediums including lead lighting pottery and sculpture. It was when I pick up a brush that I found after time that I could not seem to stop. I have tried oils, but found them frustrating and not as malleable as acrylic. I work with realism and find inspiration in Nature of all kinds. In the last few years I have decided to do less but put far more into each painting. There are no copies or prints and I only achieve about 7 to 10 paintings a year. I have three series I have been working on and one series involves mixed media and combines some of my ideas on art that moves.
