This is my second painting in the series of Seven Circles .The number 7 is very significant since the beginning of time. The 7 days of creation. The 7 chakras. The 7 colours of the rainbow. The 7 musical tones. The 7 seas. The 7 visible moving celestial objects. The 7 entrances to the Old City. The 7 shepherds. The list is rather quite extensive and I admit that I was not aware of the many significations of the number 7. As a healing artist (or rather an artist that channels frequencies for healing), I was very taken with this painting. I felt there was a strong spiritual significance and influence. As a guided artist, I never know what I am painting or who it is for. (Unless it is commissioned work and I channel a specific person’s energy field, though I still never know what will be transferred to canvas in terms of image). This painting is obviously meant for a specific person, who may not recognize what the connection is, but they will feel a strong connection. Namaste This painting can be hung vertically or horizontally , gallery wrapped canvas, sides painted, ready to hang. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector and are not included in the price of the painting.
I paint from the inside out. My paintings are a journey. Upon my return to a visit in south of France (St Paul de Vence) summer of 2013, I picked up a paintbrush for the very first time and now when I am not painting, I am dreaming of colours and canvases. I have no training and I am ok with that, I paint from the heart, not knowing what the creation will be, and I love it! As always when I paint, I am drawn to pick a set of colours and a divine source and energy guide my hands and creates all that is beautiful from and for the soul, and creates a healing energy. I have International collectors based in Italy, USA and Canada. I also do custom work for specific healing requests for collectors. I have been selling my paintings on Saatchi Art, since 2013 I am establishing my portfolio on this website, but all my works can currently be seen on https://www.saatchiart.com/moniquedufourartist i can be contacted at mjdufourartist@gmail.com Past Events January 2016 - Saatchi Art - Selected Artwork "Dawn" featured in the collection "Pantone Colours of the year.
