Acrylic on canvas sugar skull painting in memorial of my dog, a miniature schnauzer rescue, called Radley. I painted this shortly after Radley died, incorporating some of his ashes into the paint. For this reason, this painting obviously isn't for sale, but I am able to create other paintings on commission, (with or without ashes--some people find it a bit creepy, some people don't!!), all I need is a photo of the subject and details on what size painting you would like. I'm happy to talk with you to incorporate any particular elements you might want, or I can paint ad hoc, but all paintings will be totally individual and unique.
Maxine Page is a London born former tabloid editor who spent 16 years selling her soul to the devil in Hollywood. Now, Maxine divides her time painting and making weird shit in Oaxaca, Nerja, Spain, and Los Angeles, USA, amongst other places—you should buy some, go on, be a devil! Maxine Page loves to work on commission pieces and special requests, she can execute a super quick turnaround when required, and satisfaction is always guaranteed. Maxine ships all over the world and takes inspiration from her many travels, pop culture, the weird and the wonderful, and the just downright grotesque on occasion. Maxine Page can make something out of absolutely anything—try her, she dares you. Maxine's favorite materials though are good old fashioned acrylic paint, canvas, and wood—oh, and she loves her some goddamn glitter and using recycled materials.
