Ana Paola González Dierdorf born in the city of Puebla in 1976. First pursuing a degree in graphic design at the Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla and later the BA in Plastic Arts at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla, also studying in 1998 and 2001 some painting and drawing courses in Florence, at the Instituto Lorenzo d´Medici and at the Scuola Art.e, as well as with private tutors. Her Theory and Techniques rhetoric comprehend the use of color, guided by the design theories but guided design theories but addressing her painting from different angles, always with the aim to convey in her abstract work more than a landscape or something figurative, rather paintings loaded with emotions, lights, hues, in other words sensitive motives of her reality. As a plastic artis she has participated in national collective expositions standing out: “Meeting point between art and imagination - Punto de encuentro entre arte e imaginación” at the Galería Municipal Rosario Sánchez de Lozada, Querétaro, Qro in 2007; “Humanism and Art Reflections - Reflejos de Arte y Humanismo”, collective expositions. Museo UPAEP, Puebla, Pue, in 2009, “Lytography - Litografías”, collective exposition of the UDLAP plastic arts alumni, Galería IMTA, Jiutepec, Morelos, in 2009 , “22 Visions of the bi-centennial , 22 artists/22 perspectives - 22 Visiones del Bicentenario, 22 artistas/22 perspectivas”, Museo de Arte Regional, Azcapotzalco, México y “Fracture - Fractura” at the Casa del Caballero Águila in Cholula in 2010 and recently at the Foro Goya y la Galería Yuri López Kullins, in Condesa, D.F., “Properties of inner dreams” at Art Fusion Galleries, Miami FL in 2016, and individual expositions at the La Luz de la Nevera in the UDLAP Puebla and at the La Almena in Cholula. The discipline and passion in what she does is what without a doubt characterizes Ana Paola’s personality. You can read the language of art in her pieces and from stroke to stroke. Explanations are redundant of what is said in color. Understanding her painting is knowing the colored lines in more or less measure aside from penetrating in the combinations and superimpositions of color.
