Dawn Mendonça and Bill Rivers are Fine Artists from the U.K. now residing in Portugal. Dawn Mendonça graduated in Fine Arts at Farnham UCA after studying Foundation Art at High Wycombe College of Higher Education and A Level Art at Langley College of Further Education. Bill Rivers graduated in Contemporary Art History at The University of Plymouth after studying Art and Design at Bournville College of Art and Kingshurst College of Technology, Birmingham. They work in a variety of styles and mediums, primarily painting, drawing and photography and also write, record and perform their own music. They have had their artwork exhibited in the UK and Portugal.
