Chris Quinlan was born in 1968 in Co. Tipperary, Ireland. now living in Kilbeggan, Co. Westmeath. As a child Chris demonstrated a flare for painting & drawing. He dreamed of becoming a painter. Chris is painting since 1999 and is a self-taught artist, studying art in his own time, attending gallery openings, art exhibitions and fairs. Chris developed his talent with practice over time and his passion for painting went from hobby to profession. Chris' artwork is a blend of rich colours and bold textures. Chris's hometown in Templemore provided the foundation for his artistry. His love of travel and nature has hugely influenced his work which is inviting and vivid with a style and sensitivity that envelops the canvas. He lives and works in Kilbeggan, Co. Westheath, Ireland.
