This artwork blends vintage aesthetics with surreal elements, set against a thought-provoking backdrop. A poised woman in a black suit and bow tie, holding a cigarette, exudes timeless elegance. Behind her, a mint-green vintage car enhances the retro feel, while the phrase "THE END OF THE WORLD" hovers in the sky, evoking existential reflection. The clear blue sky contrasts with the earthy foreground, merging realism with surrealism. This juxtaposition of nostalgia and modernity invites contemplation on time, identity, and the intersection of past and future. The artwork’s serene yet unsettling mood encourages viewers to explore its deeper meanings. In The End of the World, I aimed to evoke nostalgia alongside the inevitability of change.
