This is one of a pair of drawings on the lockdown theme. Both were made with a series of dip pens and Indian ink on beautiful hammer-effect card (300gsm). The A3 drawing is presented in a black mount, which brings the total size to 20" x 16" - perfect for framing.
Since leaving art school many years ago, I have been involved in various kinds of visual art – primarily photography, painting, drawing and printing – samples of which have been bought by numerous private collectors. I am currently revisiting my earlier passion for drawing, with dip pen and ink. I like to surprise myself, which means that I never know what kind of picture I’m going to produce from one day to the next. I would hate to get stuck in a visual art rut.
