I absolutely love painting horses and not the first time I have used horses as a subject however this was the first time I painted the horses at the international horse races. The yearly event every February at the White Turf in St. Moritz welcomes many tourist and fans from the world over and its just beautiful to see the colorful jockeys on their horses with the most magnificent back drop of the snow capped Engandine mountains and valley.
I am a small town girl from Central India. A postgraduate and a student of English Literature, History and Political Science, I have lived and worked across Europe and Asia, made new friends along the way and learnt a lot. I enjoy myself listening to music, dancing, painting and designing. I now live in the quaint and psychedelic canton of Zug (south of Zurich) Switzerland. I devote all my free time to painting, swimming and walking. I love realistic art and anything black and white, I love more. I have painted ever since I can remember and enjoy trying different mediums. My endeavour is to create art which has a 'wow' factor.
