One of my favourite things to do is look upon my pond and watch the reflections and the lilies. They provide me with constant delight. They soothe my soul and uplift my mind. This painting captures the brightness and brings that feeling inside so I can enjoy it all year round.
My name is Francine, I am ancient, yet not a day over 20! "Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life." (Pablo Picasso). Art is one of the things that I do and lust after so that my spirit too may grow in lust! It is an essential to life. To paint is to help me to grow and soar and dream and be good at the art of enjoying my life. I am able to find myself and lose myself at the same time.
