Artistic approach
Le style intimiste de Vincent révèle une production tout en émotion. Amalgame d’états d’âme du moment; l’approche est candide et l’univers abstrait. Réelle ouverture sur un monde sensible, la texture et la couleur priment, permettant à l’œil de s’attarder et d’entrer en contemplation dans une réalité qui se fait autre, tout comme une icône le rendrait possible. Dans une quête non dite d’universalité, l’énergie et la présence de l’artiste transcendent les gestes et touchent, peu importe la manière. Séduite depuis toute petite par l’utilisation de couleurs vibrantes, l’histoire ne commence réellement que lorsqu’elle mit la main sur les quelques tubes de pigment à l’huile, hérités de sa mère. Les expérimentations commencèrent alors. D’abord avec gêne, puis en gagnant peu à peu plus de sûreté et de volonté dans les gestes. Elle vise depuis ce temps un renouvellement constant dans l’application de son médium, apprivoisant ses particularités et recherchant toujours l’équilibre et le plaisir dans ses choix esthétiques. Autodidacte, quelques personnes phares on pourtant sut l’appuyer de manière significative; soit Valérie Bronssard enseignante en art et, faisant office de mécène, son tout premier acheteur, Andrew Martin.
Vincent’s intimist style reveals a production full of emotions. A blend full of feelings, the approach is candid and the universe is abstract. Real windows on a sensitive world, textures and colours prevail and allow the eye to contemplate another reality, like an icon could do. In and unsaid quest of universality, the artist's energy and presence transcend the gesture and touch regardless of the process.Captivated as a child by vibrant colours, she really begins when she stumbles upon some oil pigments in tubes inherited from her mother. Then, experiments will start, a bit shy at first and with more will in the gesture along the way. Since, she seeks a constant renewing in her medium by exploring its particularities and by searching an equilibrium in her esthetic choices. Even if she is autodidact, some people have significantly support her work. In particular an art teacher, Valérie Bronssard and her first buyer, Andrew Martin.
