A new interpretation of Recycle-Recreate-Reuse motto of my art into a mixed media painting that includes innovative recycled materials. Hope and Despair is framed in pieces of wood and the representation of the two antonyms is and by a man and women, each ones guided through life by their most intimate thoughts and feelings. Each text is also the fruit of my imagination. A collage of textiles, fibers, beads, glass, wood and even cigarette butts over acrylic canvas painting. Dimenions: 1.5m x 1.1m
My name is Neluta Staicut, born in Mihaiesti, Olt county, Romania and my artist name is IS Neluta, representing the abbreviation for "That's me, Neluta". I am an artist that loves painting, writing poetry and offer my support to others with the help of infoenergetica techniques. I love painting in a personal technique under the slogan "RECOVER, RECYCLE, RECREATE" using recycled materials that I love to give artistic value. I express myself in paintings exactly as I wish, feel and as I consider necessary; I don't believe in strict artistic patterns, habits or rules, I strongly believe that Art is made to be a free expression of each personality. I am a member of The Plastic Artist Union of Bucharest, Romania, member of Naval league and the Plastic Artist Union of Romania (breach of Valcea county) with whom I have participated in different personal and group exhibition events, art galleries (such as ARTUT, ROMANA, LABIRINT, Romanian Athenaeum ), national and international painting exhibitions.
