An A3 size painting in coloured ink, made with dip pens and brushes on my favourite textured card (thicker than paper, thinner than cardboard), presented in a black mount that sets it off beautifully. The total size, with mount, is 20" x 16".
Since leaving art school many years ago, I have been involved in various kinds of visual art – primarily photography, painting, drawing and printing – samples of which have been bought by numerous private collectors. I am currently revisiting my earlier passion for drawing, with dip pen and ink. I like to surprise myself, which means that I never know what kind of picture I’m going to produce from one day to the next. I would hate to get stuck in a visual art rut.
