Title: The Haven Lake Artist: Melika Sophia B. Khani Medium: Acrylic on Canvas Dimensions: 35 x 50 cm Year: 2024 The Haven Lake is a reflection of my love for the peacefulness found in nature. This acrylic painting captures a quiet moment where a solitary boat rests on the calm waters of a secluded lake, surrounded by rich, vibrant green trees. The stillness of the scene is punctuated by the soft reflections of the forest on the water, creating a harmonious balance between movement and tranquility. My aim was to evoke a sense of serenity and solitude, encouraging viewers to pause and reflect in the beauty of simplicity. This piece is meant to be an invitation for anyone seeking an escape into the quiet moments of nature, offering a space for peace and introspection.
Welcome to my world of art! I am Melika Sophia Bidollahkhani, A biologist loved nature and art and a passionate artist who has been exploring the beauty of visual expression since childhood. My journey into the world of drawing began at a young age, and I have been self-taught, driven by a deep love for creating. I'm start working with oil colors and also, I specialize in working with black pencil and acrylic colors where I find a perfect blend of precision and vibrancy. As a biologist by profession, my scientific background deeply influences my artwork. I often draw inspiration from the natural world, particularly the intricate details and patterns found in nature. My work is a fusion of scientific curiosity and artistic imagination, resulting in pieces that are both visually striking and thought-provoking. Each of my paintings is a reflection of my fascination with the world around us, infused with emotion and a story to tell. I believe that art is a powerful form of communication, and I strive to create pieces that resonate with viewers on a personal level. Thank you for visiting my page, and I hope my art brings as much joy to you as it does to me in creating it.
