Dimension

I'm a free spirited creative daydreamer who loves exploring various mediums and techniques of all artistic philosophies and incorporating them into my work as a basis for learning and inner growth. I believe we should not be limited by products and techniques, for it is within the lack of availability that we learn to think creatively. My barefoot journey started in a small farming community, before the age of technology, where imagination shaped my world, daydreams became my wings and shoes were always optional...I married my best friend, adopted my precious little girl and after working in the hospitality industry with my husband for over 10 years, I decided to jump into my love for art and opened my art studio in 2014. My art is mushy and raw and dirty and messy like walking barefoot in muddy puddles on a rainy day... I paint and cut and paste and stitch my art and life alive with a firm belief that art has the ability to heal the wounds of the soul, whether we are aware of the scars or not. I believe that only through practicing art as a mirror can we begin to center the body, focus the mind and open the heart to create the life we dream about.
