women in their heart despite the years wearing to be beautiful, they look into each other one for encouragement and strive to attain that. This painting depicts five women in blue colour with redlines. The blue represent the love they have for their life and the red signifies how sexy and beautiful they are. This helps them to go about their normal activities with great passion.
Keita kwame kankam is my name , as an artist I strive to develop paintings that exists in the world to myself and others. Often I paint what I feel, think and see around me. An important part of my process is sketching what I have seen during my daily activities. I want to create something beautiful and expressive so I put so much of energy and passion into the work to create something unique. I prefer using acrylic paint, water colour pastel, ink and charcoal because once one is familiar with them, they prove to be comfortable and reliable,. As a practising artist my presences are of bright colours because colour is light and makes the world a better place to live . Art constitutes an important part of my life as an artist. I hope to bring viewers into a place where they see a reflection of everyday life.
