What more can man do except reproduce? Yet what purpose can reproducing do except let the offspring bear the burden of lack of resources? Moderation is the key to life. It is our purpose, yet also our responsibility to advance the lineage of man to the next age -- as long as we do it responsibly.
Aldrich Maligsa produces artwork without an affinity to a single medium or material. He is best known for his award-winning artwork entitled Life Is and Full Of which raised questions in the Philippine Art Scene as to what the boundaries of art is. Maligsa frequently produces works that employ found objects and transcends them to a level that translates the impending cultural, social, and political situation his country faces. Maligsa’s works nod to the Dada and Minimalist movements. Filipino, b.1995, Cebu City, Cebu, based in Cebu City
