Exhibition "Symbols of Signs"

À propos

"Symboles des signes for symbols of signs" explores the use of atypical means of representing the symbols of Language. The exhibited artworks that are the result of a symbiosis between artist's imagination and custom software for generating and representing sentences as visual patterns and musical sounds. The working process used by the artist starts with the compilation of a written text containing sentences found in sequences of synonyms and sentences selected from a set of generated by the software. The sentences are then translated by same software into different images. Finally, a visual “translation” of the text is created by using computer mouse instead of paintbrush and thousands of generated by the software images instead of acrylic paints.
