Four colours. Two shapes. Not one line too many.
I paint what remains when everything else is taken away.
Odile Prévost's paintings start from a real landscape — a tide, a roof, a rapeseed field — reduced until only a balance of shapes remains. Each work is painted by hand, in flat colours, without tape or printing.
